There's Senegalese guys already elite wrestler few years striking there's alot of guys walking about because they can't train fight mma but ig they could they could be champion couple year's training especially from combat sports wrestling background

hello, I would like to buy a supples dummy but I am confused about the size. I am 1m75 for 80 kilos and they recommand the size M that stand at 160cm. Should I take the 170 cm instead?
